Returns
You may return merchandise to ABSORBCARE® for any reason within 30 days of your purchase.
The returned mechandise must meet the following criteria:
- The retail unit is unopened
- The retail unit is in its original packaging
- The retail unit is in its normal selling condition
Please call us at (888)227-3124 (8AM to 6PM PST, Monday thru Friday, except holidays) to coordinate the delivery and inspection of the merchandise. We will notify you when the merchandise has been approved for restocking and when the credit will be available in your account, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
Please note that shipping charges incurred when returning merchandise are your responsibility.
Exchanges
At your request, we will gladly exchange any items in your order provided that all the conditions for Returns are met.
Errors
If you received damaged goods or incorrect items please accept our apologies. Our commitment to you is to consistently deliver your orders on time and complete.
At our expense, we will either:
- Exchange damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise
or
- Credit your account with the amount you originally paid, including shipping and handling
